Profiles and Base Materials

The entire product line uses high-quality 6063 virgin aluminum profiles. The wall thickness of profiles in the mainstream series is uniformly 1.8 mm. The reinforced profile structure, combined with a pin-and-glue assembly process and auxiliary materials imported from Germany, ensures an overall service life of up to 40 years. The system is corrosion-resistant and resistant to deformation, making it suitable for a variety of overseas climates, including those with heavy rainfall, strong winds, and significant temperature fluctuations.

Made from PA66 nylon thermal breaks that comply with national standards, these are available in multiple sizes: 30mm, 35mm, 35.3mm, 45.3mm, and 54mm. The different widths are compatible with the full range of window types—75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, and 110—effectively blocking heat transfer and maximizing thermal insulation performance.

The entire lineup comes standard with automotive-grade EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) sponge-foam co-extruded rubber seals, manufactured using a continuous bending sealing process that meets the same standards as automotive door seals. These seals are resistant to high and low temperatures and UV radiation, and are resistant to hardening and cracking. Their multi-layered sealing structure completely prevents air and water leakage.

Customization, Shipping, and After-Sales Service

We offer support for all window types. We can customize the profile width, glass specifications, opening mechanisms, colors, and screen configurations on a one-to-one basis to match the dimensions of overseas doorways and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring compatibility with housing size standards in various countries.

For overseas orders, we provide online technical support and replacement parts. We will replace damaged parts free of charge if the damage is due to non-human factors.

We accept orders from individual customers for private villas overseas as well as large-volume project orders. There are no mandatory minimum order quantities, and you can place separate orders for individual windows, complete sets of doors and windows for an entire home, or sunrooms.

Yes, after you place an order, we can provide a complete product specification sheet, profile cross-section drawings, material test reports, and a full set of documents required for export customs clearance to meet overseas customs clearance requirements.
